Steven Jones-

I am a graduate of the Arizona School of Real Estate and am licensed as a Realtor in the state of Arizona. I am a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, the Arizona Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. I have earned the national accreditation of ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) which less than 3% of Realtors achieve. I have represented several Canadian buyers and helped them to purchase property here in the Valley of the Sun. I am committed to my clients and will work to exceed their expections as a Realtor. I will work diligently to protect my clients interests and goals. My extensive experience and success with negotiations will serve you well as a buyer or seller.

I enjoy hiking, traveling, cars, home improvement projects, gardening, and good food shared with family and friends. I have a great dog named Botti and he is a Staffy breed. I love sunny Arizona while residing in the Desert Hacienda's neighborhood of DC Ranch in North Scottsdale.

I have over 30 years experience with proven executive leadership and have spent my life dealing in complex real estate transactions. I have experience in residential, luxury, commercial, and investment properties. I have learned there is no ridiculous offer, and to always "inspect what you expect" in every real estate transaction.

Peggy Campbell-

I have a background of over 25 years in practice management, consulting, and teaching in the dental field before choosing real estate as my final career. I have been a realtor for over 8 years and have experience in residential, luxury, and investment properties.

I have learned there is no marketing tool, advertisement, or website to replace satisfied customers. I have built my business through referrals and happy clients. I am a relationship building person and enjoy people and developing loyal friends and customers. Nothing gives me more pleasure than doing the right thing for my clients and seeing them happy in their new home.

I enjoy family, friends, and our beautiful outdoor lifestyle here in Arizona. I have two grown children and three grand children who provide me with life's simple pleasures. My husband Mickey and I enjoy activities together, and he plays a mean guitar at local blues jams throughout the valley and I enjoy joining him. We live in North Scottsdale and know the area well.
